She is full of strength and nourishment.

She is delicious, yet free of guilt.

She will give you more than empty calories.

Oh no, meet the smoothie that will keep you full, energized all morning, and support a healthy metabolism.

Meet your new best friend.

Our favorite thing about making smoothies for breakfast is they are versatile — you never have to have the same combo more than once! This particular recipe is easy to make and will keep you busy folks full all morning. The trick? Each smoothie will include 4 key ingredients: protein, healthy fat, fiber, and carbs. This could look different every day.. one day you could have a smoothie packed with greens and the other you could have one that tastes like a blueberry muffin! As long as you stick to this ratio and our suggested food list, you’ll start to notice significant changes!

Did you know that when you feed your muscles with a good source of protein, they’ll continue to grow and burn calories even days after you've hit the gym?

Protein plays a big role in weight loss because it keeps us full and satisfied until the next meal. A good source of protein will help increase and maintain muscle mass — which is essential to burn fat and to maintain a healthy, active metabolism.
— Brigitte Zeitlin, R.D. quoted on a recent issue of Women Health Magazine
