Meet Jorge. Jorge is happily married to his beautiful and loving wife Lyra. He is also a father of three boys: Flynn the eldest, Jhon Snow, and the baby of the family Prince JL who is 10 months old. Besides spending time with his family Jorge enjoys singing and telling jokes to make his friends laugh. Currently he works in administration for the Engineering Department.
Jorge’s dream for his children is for them to get a good education and obtain a bachelor’s degree in the major of their choosing. He also dreams of one day owning his own business to help his family and others.

Before working at Dignity Jorge worked in sales in the city which had him moving around a lot and he was away from his family. He also worked as a housekeeper with strict employers, but had no choice except to press on and continue working to support his family.
The hardest challenge he faced was the extreme poverty he lived in growing up. His mother had a stroke when he was born and his father left them. Due to their financial status, he was sent off to relatives to be cared for. His relatives were incredibly strict and would hit and beat him for making even the tiniest of mistakes. He suffered through because he knew with them he could get an education and finish through high school, which he is thankful for.
Enter Dignity.
Jorge currently works in administration for the engineering department but has had many different roles at the company. From ensuring the cleanliness of packaging to laundry duty, Jorge worked hard and moved up. Although it’s hard work, Jorge is thankful for Dignity because he is able to provide for his family and remain close to them. He no longer has to be separated from his family and working in a different city.
Jorge says that Dignity helped him and his family in ways he couldn’t and that working with us has given him new hope and he feels important. Working here has changed his life financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Jorge says thank you Dignity! I hope you get to continue helping others and changing lives.
After a challenging time living and working in the city, Clint learned that he did not need to sacrifice being near family to provide for them.
