Meet Mary Grace. When her husband unexpectedly lost his job, she had to find a job and return to work to make ends meet. She was unsure how they would survive as there was already barely enough food with him working. Her children were in school and she did not want them to have to give up their studies.
Mary Grace was thankful to find a production job at an Electric company which helped her family in the difficult time. The job was farther away from home though and put strain on her family to be gone all day. She was desperate to find something closer to home when she heard about Dignity, it seemed too good to be true. The pay was good for her family and it was close to home.
When she joined the team she was able to rotate assignments and she enjoyed the variety. The work was stable and her children could continue their schooling. Mary Grace now dreams of being able to open her own small business someday. Dignity has helped meet her family’s needs and she continues to stay close to them.
After a challenging time living and working in the city, Clint learned that he did not need to sacrifice being near family to provide for them.
