I am Salvador. I am married with 5 children, 2 boys and 3 girls. By God’s mercy, my children have finished college, senior high school and one is at grade 10.

Before I worked at Dignity, I used to be a sewer in Manila. Later, I decided to go home and worked as a fisherman.

At Dignity, I am a ground maintenance line leader.

My hopes for my children is for them to finish their studies and find good jobs later. I would like to be able to give them better lives than what we have now and to also be able to help my siblings who really have so little in life.

There was a time in the past before I worked with Dignity that we were very poor and I had to go out into the open sea to fish. There was even a time when our boat was hit by an illegal fishing boat.

Since I started working at Dignity, I am now able to provide for the needs of my family and give them a better life. Some of my children have even been able to finish their studies. I am thankful for the opportunity to work at Dignity!
